| Friday AM, 8th October 2021 | Entries Close - or upon receipt of 2,000 entries. |
| Friday PM, 8th October 2021 | Deadline for delivery of Judging Samples. |
| Monday 25th - Friday 29th October 2021 | Judging takes place. |
| Monday 8th November 2021 | Provisional Award & Trophy Winners advised. |
| Saturday 27th November 2021 | Deadline for delivery of Promotional Tasting Stock. |
| First Week of December | Confirmation sent to Award and Trophy Winners. |
